Obligations of the Customer

It’s the duty or responsibility of our customers to inform us of the appropriate information.
If the wrong delivery address is provided and we do not receive the goods back to our warehouse within 7 days from dispatch, we will not refund your purchase or replace the goods.
Late Delivery/Order Does not Arrive
We encourage you to keep track of your order. We will give you a tracking or consignment number and courier company details so that you can keep a close eye on your parcel at all times.
Note: You are requested to inform or advise us within 10 working days from notification of dispatch that you have not received your product or order. After you have informed us that the order has not arrived, our team will make inquiries to determine or find its location. A delayed or late delivery does not constitute a breach of your agreement with us and also we will not entitle our customers to cancel the order. It must be noted by you that this applies to items or products that have no “change of mind” returns.
